Apache/PHP/MySQL on Mac OSX

Is anybody doing this?

Hi all....

I'm just wondering if anybody has tried running Apache/PHP/MySQL on OSX. I'm developing in PHP/MySQL a lot lately from MacOS 9.1, but it requires the relatively time consuming step of uploading every little change I make to my Linux host if I want to see the PHP rendered.

I'm really looking into upgrading to OS X (with a new machine at the same time), with the hopes that I could run Apache/PHP/MySQL on that and develop on the same machine.. I wouldn't use the server as a production server though, just for development purposes.

Any thoughts, or experiences?

I bought Mac OSX as soon as it was released and I tell you, it's been wonderful.
No more waste of time to upload to a test server, no sir!
I have PHP with everything I need l(ike GD and Mcrypt), MySQL and Apache in my Mac.

Does anyone know of an ASP interpreter for the Mac OSX? Something like Chilisoft?
