I have been unable to open the Preferences dialog on my Mac OS9.1 "The Preference Panels are missing, try to reinstall Internet Explorer by copying your original". That's the message I keep getting on my screen but I did without success. Can anyone help please.

"Preference Panels" is a subfolder that should be in the Internet Explorer folder. If it is missing (see if it's there) try to download the package again.
