Dear All,

I have just subscribed to this forum, and hope that someone here will be able to help me out...

I have just for the first time designed a page with frames, which I thought was working pretty well on my IMac. But I have checked my page from a PC, and only the top frame appears!
I have absolutely no idea about what could have gone wrong...
Here's the address of the page, so you can see for yourself: <Sorry, no personal URLs. See TOS [webmasterworld.com]>

Also, now I'm at it, I have some browser discrepancies... The page looks great on Safari and Netscape, but frame borders appear when I open it on Explorer.

I really hope that someone can help, or otherwise tell me where else to ask...

THANKS A LOT IN ADVANCE!

Sofia

Hello Sofia, welcome to Webmaster World!

Sorry to inform you that the Terms of Service don't allow posting your site's URL (for some good reasons) so the moderator will certainly snip that pretty soon.

Here's an URL that is allowable:
[validator.w3.org...]

That page will make sure your HTML is correct (it isn't currently). Once you get the validator saying your syntax is correct, the page will most likely work fine across browsers.

OOPS! My bad! Sorry, I really didn't think twice before posting my URL...

Thank you very much for the tip, Timster. I've just had a look at this validator, and it's like a whole new world has just opened up for me!
I guess I know what I'll be doing the rest of the night... (it's 9 PM by me)
