First found this on a site that is generally not allowed here. :)

So I looked for one that leans the correct way for the same report.

The Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday that Apple, which is preparing to introduce a subscription news service, is asking publishers to give the company 50 percent of any revenues that they generate.

Would this be something you would want to be involved with if you are a news publisher?

This sounds like a recipe for disaster. What is Apple thinking? It seems to be way too greedy, possibly because iPhone sales have shrunk.

"The service, described by industry executives as a “Netflix for news,” would allow users to read an unlimited amount of content from participating publishers for a monthly fee."

We already know how yt's red came out. I don't think Apple can do any better. Just me!
