Apple has set out its appeal over the E.U.'s €13 billion tax demand.
Apple claims thet the E.U. made fundamental errors when interpreting Irish tax law and the way that Apple makes its profits. Additionally, the investigation, it says, was unfair.
Since when was unfair acceptable!
However, it may have a case over the way profits are shifted around.
