Ouch! That must have been more than a shock to some users. It seems the problem is now fixed, and Adobe has now released a new update. However, those suers with deleted files may not think it's over, just yet.

It's another reminder of backups.


After customers updated Creative Cloud, it accessed their hard drive and deleted the first folder that appeared in alphabetical order.
