How to share a printer form PC to Mac

Does anyone know how to share a printer that is connected to a PC with a Mac running Jaguar that is on the same network?

Sorry for the stupid questions :

Is your printer plugged into a PC via some USB port? In turn, the PC is connected to the network with 10baseT?

Can you see the printer into Mac OS X Printer Setup Utility?

If I remember correctly, you only see PC printers in Panther, not Jaguar. I was relieved not to follow the steps again below when I upgraded from 10.2:

I know it works for XP. Basically it involves setting up a TCP/IP print server on the Win box.
