IPAD Video

Hi

We have a Flv video on our site that will not play on a new IPAD Tablet. Apple coice to not support FLASH on an IPAD is not what I think was a good decision. What can I do. Should I convert the video to another format? Im not knowledgeable too much on what video formats the IPAD will support. Any ideas? Thanks in Advance
