SVN - Add folder to Repository

Hi,

I'm trying to set up SVN for versioning. I have installed downloaded, set up a project in opensvn and downloaded and configured svnx.

I am able to access my repository via svnx but I am struggling add folders to the repository.

How do I go about this?
