ipod playlists. And Audiobooks

help with my ipod/itunes

Why is it that when I download audiobooks they get put in my Mac itunes library. My only option is to make a playlist for them but then they go into music on my ipod.

Basically how can I get audiobooks into the audiobook section on my itunes and then into the audiobooks on the ipod likewise with anything other than music. At the moment everything just goes into the music section. The ipod manual doesn't give this info.

Sorry if this seems a basic question but I'm stumped. I can't drag audio books from the playlists or library into the audio book section of my itunes - why not? Does it make a difference that the audiobooks have been downloaded from limewire?

Please help this non technical mum.

I imagine the books you're downloading from Limewire look like music files to iTunes. I've never downloaded audiobooks from the iTunes store, but I imagine they're in a different format than the music.
