Hi,

Just upgraded from 10.2.6 to 10.3 and loving it, except for 1 thing. I can download email from my servers, but cannot send any email at all. I have my prefs in Mail set to delete the messages from the server after fetching them, which it also doesn't do.

I run several sites, some on M$ servers and the rest on Linux RedHat. It all worked fine before I upgraded, but now it's a one way street.

Any ideas about what is going on?

Thanks!

Thanks Macguru,

I messed around with the Mail settings and got it to work properly. Instead of using smtp.mydomain.com to send mail I used mail.mydomain.com.

smtp.mydomain.com worked fine in Jaguar, but experienced intermitent problems. It seems to be working fine now. Have you experienced anything similar?

I am running my sites on a RedHat box with cPanel, if that helps.

No, I will wait a bit for those bugs to be ironed out before I try this cat. ;-)
