how to get info off floppies?

I just gave away my computer with a floppy drive and then found a whole box full of floppies with valuable research on them.

Is there a tool that reads floppies that I can hook up to an OS 10?

Any USB floppy drive will work. You might want to check that it's compatiable with OS X.

I've used a number of them and haven't had any problems with them.

Call a few computer stores (or maybe even a Kinkos?) and see if you can find one willing to burn them all onto a CD.
