BootCamp Windows Pro. XP X64 install

Have any of you gotten a 64 bit version of windows to install with bootcamp? I keep getting an error? My software is OEM if that matters.

I don't think any of the new Intel processors found in new Macs are 64-bit ... are they?

I know the iMacs and Mac Pros are all 64-bit. I'm not as sure about the Minis and the laptops...
