I use iTools, which is one of their products. The product is good, but not great (I'd give it a B+/A- but I tend to be pretty critical when I judge stuff). Support is good, if you can get a response. At one point I had purchased their support contract and wasn't getting responses to my e-mails (I didn't try calling - the issues weren't urgent and it only happened a couple of times), but other people seem to have better experiences with them and some people love them. They do have a mailing list where people post questions, which is useful.

All in all, they're a small company - don't expect anything big and slick. They do seem to have some very competant people working for them and if they say they can do something, I would tend to believe them and trust that they'll do a decent job.
