Lately I have been using my laptop to play games like World of Warcraft and Halo, and they lag really bad and have a slow framerate that makes it hard to play. I was wondering, just for fun, if there are 3.3 volt PCI video cards out there that you could hook up to your mini PCI slot through a mini PCI to PCI converter. I guess it might help if there was some sort of slot extension cable, too. Are all the newer video cards made for 5V PCI slots? I know this is unconventional, but is it possible?
