At the moment I have the privilege of using both Mac and PC.
What I was wondering was.... whether there are many out there doing SEO purely on Macs?
I do not want to start off an argument here between which is best for SEO.
Rather gather some info-
I know BBEdit, Dumptruck, Funnelweb are all available for Mac - anyone know of any other stuff - keyword density analysers anything like that?
Your input is greatly appreciated.
Keeping them both would be more sensible.

It doesn't seem to matter what I do to my PC, however many times I run Norton, reinstall windows etc, however much ram I put in it...it still crashes far too much for me. Crash crash crash.

That's why I'm thinking to go Mac only. I don't use cloaking - nothing really advanced.
Are there any 'Mac only' SEOs out there? Come on speak up!
So then. There are no obvious drawbacks using a Mac for general SEO stuff? Anyone?
By general SEO stuff I mean:- submission, adjusting html content, checking rankings, log analysis etc.
I am getting too mad too often!! :)
Off topic a little but sure I read somewhere that Mac OSX was supposed to be able to run on a PC - or was I imagining that?
highly unlikely unless it is a modified version of some sort. Last I heard pc's and mac's read address registers differently. pc's read the bits left to right and mac's read the bits right to left (or vice versa). One's called Little Endian and the other is Big Endian. This directly affects how software is written.
wow - could I sound like more of a geek? :)
And since you can Applescript your mac to run when you are not there, even better. You'll like the "do script" command: you can program javascripts and run them.

Hey mac-ers, is there a web server program out there for Macs? Just curious.
Here is a little gem for the mac:
