Trouble setting Opera as a test browser in Dreamweaver 4

Hello,

In DW 4 Macintosh, I have setup Internet Explorer 5, Netscape 6 and Mozilla to prview my pages, but I can't get Opera 6.0 to show when I try to add it to my browser list. It has a .app extension.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's very strange. I couldn't get DW 4 to see it either (even after I removed the .app extension). DW MX picked it up no problem.

Did you check the macromedia site for conflicts? How about an older version of Opera?

A workaround is that you can open your local files with Opera. Launch and open your local html or whatever file. I know it's not as convenient as using DW preview, but still...it will work until you can upgrade to MX.
