Multiple ftp accounts for one user?

Friends,

I have a client set up as a user (http://www.mydomain.com/~username) who also has a virtual domain (http://www.hisdomain.com) that now wants to provide folder-level ftp access to various members of his agency within his home directory.

Is there a way to provide separate ftp access accounts for folders in one user's home directory?

If so, how? Any suggestions?
