Google Map Listing User Name and Password Lost

One of my client, created a google local business map listing for his business, two years ago. The map listing is doing well google business search results.Currently the business location has been shifted to other place. Hence we require to change the address.

Now the issue is, my client does not remember the gmail account user name and password which he has created google business map listing. Could you please suggest us how to overcome this issue please.

You can contact the current listing owner through Google My Business to request access to own or manage the listing.

if necessary create a new G account so you can log into GMB to make the request.

Worth a try, but the current owner would still need to login to authorize any changes.

Yes that would be helpful.

One of the reasons I continue to use Firefox as my primary browser is the saved username/password list. Probaby not a very secure place to keep them, but it's saved me many times.

in general:
- be consistent with NAP (name/address/phone number) across all platforms.
- use a local phone number in your listing that is consistent with the number on your site.
- create and maintain citations for your business on the appropriate local business listing sites.
