Multiple Location Question About Addresses

Hey guys/gals!

I hope all is well with everyone here :)

I have location pages in GMB. I have location pages on site optimized for each location.

If you have your location page addresses on other pages of your site could Google get confused.

I always see companies with searchable location address on home page, etc. Is this not hurting them in anyway in regards to local search?

Can someone verify the validity of this statement?

Thanks everyone for all your help. I do appreciate you taking the time out of your day to assist me. Thanks!

Christopher

This should not matter for a search for one of your locations (based on my observation in Australia). The specific page best optimised for that location is likely to be served, rather than a less specific page that mentions the same location. It is also possible that the address shown in the Knowledge Graph is taken from another source, e.g. Yelp. The Microsoft Store is a good example where the same address is mentioned on more than one page in their domain, but the main outlet page is the first result.
