One of my client, they created two accounts for Local Search Result pages. They have 10 reviews from an account and 5 reviews from another one. How to move all reviews to a single account. Else how to Remove or De-Activate these accounts?

What I believe you won't be able to move review to another account, but you can ask again ask people to recommend your website on Local Search Results.

On Google maps, when you are on one of the listings click on "Report a Problem" link in the footer and then select "This place has another listing" option. In comments tell Google that you have another listing along with link for it and request them to merge them.
This might take some time.

Or you can simply login to the account that you used for listing and delete one of the listings from there.

I got following reply from Google for moving all listing into single account:

Thanks for sharing your local expertise, and taking the time to report a problem with [name of business] on Google Maps. Due to the volume of reports we receive, it may take some time for us to review your report and update the listing information accordingly.

Also, please note that [name of business] is an owner-verified listing and some updates require the approval of the business owner before they are applied. The most effective way to update the information about this listing may be to contact the business owner directly.

If you are the owner of this business, you may notice a discrepancy between your Google Places account and the listing as it appears on Google Maps (URL here). The best way to update your listing is to make changes directly in your Google Places account: [google.com...]

For additional help in resolving incorrect listing information, please visit our troubleshooter: [google.com...]

Thanks for your help,
The Google Maps team

Evercome Shathees, I'd suggest you try this troubleshooter:

You have to select the answers:

- I have verified my listing in my Google Places for business account.

- Yes (or it is not available on my listing)

- There is a duplicate listing that I would like to have removed.

And then explain your issue in the comments below.

Unfortunately, it cannot be repaired immediately. First, it will take a few days for the Googlers to act on your request. When this is done they will send you an email. In the email they will state that it will take about 6-8 weeks for the duplicate to be removed. Unfortunately, Google Places works slowly...
