Yahoo Local "Edit Listing" Removes Star Ratings & Reviews

how do I retrieve my star ratings and reviews after editing?

I was very concerned when I decided to edit my Yahoo Local Listing because I was afraid that all of the months of great reviews would be removed. Now it appears that my concerns are valid. Has anyone else experienced this when editing their Yahoo Local listing and if so what can be done in terms of contacting Yahoo to have the listing recovered with the reviews? Thanks in advance to anyone who can offer suggestions. Linda

Yes, dare to edit your sponsored or enhaced listing on Yahoo! Local and you go dead until it is reviewed. The process generally takes about 5 business days from my experiences. As for the ratings, last time my ratings were saved. I had a client who lost his ratings. I'd like to think these are growing pains for Yahoo! Local.

fwiw-- I recall the last time I edited my Google/Maps/Local listing it went down for awhile as well.
