Partition advice for neophyte: Linux, Centos 6.5

How to decide how much space to allocate?

I am leasing a dedicated server with 1 tb of space. Server has been imaged. Now I need to partition.

I am not an IT professional and while I can manage SSH commands, I do not know what criteria I should use to allocate space on the drive. I think I have provided some relevant data on the server below. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
