Help Identifying File Types

Can someone take a look at these files?

In This Thread [webmasterworld.com] I talked about Moz/NS7 not parsing CSS files.

Okay, on a close inspection here's the issue (i think)

Apache 1.3 // if that's important

The output of 'file' gives these readouts. justmade.css is one I created locally that works fine.

justmade.css: ASCII text
nn4.css: ASCII C program text
styles.css: ASCII C program text

So, what are nn4.css and styles.css and HOW did they get to be different?

I created them normally but someone else uploaded them...

My guess would be that the other person opened the file in a text program that reformatted the file.

When you open the file(ie. nn4.css), is it formatted how it was when you sent it to the other person?
