ffmpeg watermark - can you spot an error here?

ffmpeg -i ../videos/uploaded.wmv -f -vf "movie=wm.png [watermark]; [in] [watermark] overlay=W-w-10:H-h-10:1 [out]" ../live/newflv.flv

Flv file is not created (and no watermark).

Can you see any thing I may be overlooking

Looks like I haven't installed the latest ffmpeg ... the Redhat/Centos repos for ffmpeg hasn't been updated since 2010.

Thanks for the update. I read the thread earlier and had no idea what was wrong ... and didn't even consider the version! A good reminder for us all. Thanks again.
