Procmail Recipe Needed

I get hundreds of spam emails a day in this format:

From: "Random Name" <whatever@wherever.com>
Subject: From Random Name

The name in the Subject line is always the same as the name in the From line, but a different name every time.

I would like to filter them out in Procmail by matching the From to the Subject if possible.
