Recently I came across an artist who was so sad after her painting was ordered on an online gallery. I couldn't believe that someone would be so sad as to make a fake order. Does this mean anything to anyone on the site . The sender had this link - From apache by bscene.darknight

When ordering, it is usually possible to back out at any time until you actually authorize payment.

people do so for all sorts of reasons - including their bank failing to authorize the transaction, change of mind, horror at shipping charges ... etc.

You also get a few stupid kids, and others trying to use stolen credit cards.

It's not all uncommon for sales to fall through, and I'm not sure why you would assume it was malice.
