Server management software?

Can you guy suggest some tools/software to manage a large number of servers?

e.g. such as keep monitoring the server status, cpu usage, network, io, etc.. and maybe can email to admin in case of reaching the limit...

Look into Nagios.

It's an overall framework for monitoring multiple systems and reporting results using a web interface, email reports, email alerts, etc.

It has many multiple ways of monitoring remote sites, from ping to protocol checks (HTTPS, etc.) to SNMP, etc. It also has it's own agent that you can install on remote sites.
