I was again disappointed toyday when trying to install Adobe's Acrobat Reader for Linux...
Is it just me or major Windows vendors just have their Linux apps for fun (or are they too stupid to get it right)?
(The only good program I've seen is f-prot, and I can't make use of it on non-dos files)

The new Acrobat reader for linux (5?) is actually quite a bit better than the previous one. But then, that wasn't really too hard to improve on.
My own software ships with identical functionality for Windows, Linux, Irix, and Solaris, even if the typical webmaster probably doesn't have much use for it... ;)

Thanks bird, I'll try it. I had an old copy of 4.something.
