You might want to ask/notify your host about this:
The worm is thought to be capable of spreading only to Web servers running the FreeBSD operating system, an open-source variant of Unix, that haven't had a patch applied for the recent flaw. Although few people have reported the worm, it is thought to be infecting vulnerable Web servers worldwide.

Thanks for the reminder, Bartek. Come on folks, update your Apache -- it sure is a lot easier than dealing with the alternative.

phew, just did mine today.

There was I thinking it was going to be a total nightmare - backing everything up, downloading the new version, compiling, hunting down missing shared libraries, compiling again.....

...then I discovered that by registering my copy of RH 7.2 I could automate the whole process through the RH network - job done in about 10 mins.

No doubt the more experienced among you will laugh heartily at this, but as a beleagured developer forced into a webmastering role it was a total godsend to me that RH made it so easy.
