Two Root password in one box

hello,

I would like to know how i can add two user name with root access to the server.

I have one access with root but I would like to give the second one to my associate I am running RHEl 4.0

the user name I have added is

server.

Create another account with a uid of 0.

Alternatively, use sudo, and grant them access to the commands they need, or even su for everthing.
