Can't seem to get it to work... has anyone been able to get any version of awstats to work with Fedora? How did you do it?

Thanks!

Well, the issue is that the stats can't seem to be updated. I have them set up on another Red Hat and they work fine, but Fedora doesn't work.

Double check all paths are spot on. Im sure you will have this covered, I only say it because it has caught me out a few times in the past.

Depending on how you are updating stats (if you got that far), make sure directory permissions are set correctly when/if you enable AllowToUpdateStatsFromBrowser

Hello Rollo,

What version of Fedora are you running?
I have just installed a new dedi with FC3 on it (other machines running 1 & 2) and it has SELinux enabled by default.

You may want to check whether it is that which is interfering.

Hello All,

Thanks for your input and help. It seems that I've narrowed down the issue to some sort of conflict between the Plesk CP and awstats.

Has anyone usng Plesk sucessfully installed awstats? If so, how did you overcome the problem?

Thanks
