I've found many topics as to how to convert an
outlook .pst to evolution mbox format.

Is there a tool or a way to do it the other way around?

I use my evolution as my primary email client, but
would like to use my other machine's windows outlook
as my backup email client...just to keep my emails
sync'ed & backed up.
...basically using 2 email clients simultaneously...

thanx for any suggestions....

Outlook can import MBox files using the Import/Export wizard. However, of you want to have simultaneous access with two different email client programs, you should realy be looking at using IMAP.

Simply backing-up the messages is a different matter, and can be done by copying ~/evolution regularly.

You could "leave a copy on the server" on your main email client for 7-14 days so that when you access with the other it will also pull down the email since you used it last.
