Should i just boot with Apic disabled? I've read some stuff where people are compiling lmsensors as a module and using that to correctly identify some motherboards that seem to throw apic errors.

Adding "noapic" to the kernel parameters seems to have fixed my issue and the system seems much faster.
The odd part is i'm running reiserfs much like the other person who had this issue.
I do rather large index/db updates of 1 terrabyte a piece and i would see those errors stream by, havn't seen one yet :)
(knock on wood)
