Is it possible?

I've got a serious question. I've got to count links/pages for a client's site in order to properly quote them, now the major issue here is the site is filled with dynamic links from the database. Is there a program or script out there to sift through them and de-dupe whatever links it finds on the site?

Hi BG,

There is a free program called Xeus. It's primary purpose is not what you want, however, I think it will do what you require.

Many GUI web editors include this feature.

Download a trial version of GoLive from Adobe's site - it has an excellent link map/counting module - which is about all its good for.
