AltaVista Spam Definition

Has the time come to provide some real content to the Buddy Links pages? I'm concerned about the spam definition trotted out today by Alta. Take a look - Here.

I realize there are descriptions provided for each site, but is this sufficient? What about "pages whose primary intent is to redirect users to another page"? I don't want to be spooked, but I do want to be very careful.

What do you suggest? What could we possibly add for content? That is the same spam definition they have always used. That is a verbatium copy of what is found elsewhere in their 'spam' files.
