Will it boost ranking if i am making DA 80+ backlinks

i have a question as a newbie in seo, will it help my rankings to make random da 80+ backlinks, as in most cases people are not able to get relevant links.

A lot depends on how you are making your backlinks. If you are researching related sites and communicating with them about a backlink, then the links could possibly help ranking. If you just visit and drop a link there, then no, those have little or no value. Those are generally viewed as unwanted graffiti and removed.
