Factors to analyze backlink worthy website

Hi! What are the factors, I need to consider while having backlink from any website? Traffic, DA, PA, Spam score and what more?

I like to look at a site's value without using those tools, which don't really help.
How? Search on Google for the topics. If it ranks well on Google it's likely to be of value, imho.

As mentioned above, the best metric is to see if the site ranks for topics that it is covering.

Apart6 from DA, PA, and Spam Score, You should also check its Organic traffic, citation flow, ratio of backlink to referring domain, Unique linking root domains, anchor text, and the mention context.

Ask one question:

Would the link make good sense to a human user who comes across it?

If that can be answered yes, consider it a good link and don't overthink the other details.

I think backlinks show your website's popularity because i saw many websites whoes DA is not good (about 15 or 20) but his traffics ranking is better means they are ranking well for many keywords.

Worthy backlinks conditions can be as below
Age of domain
Spam Score
Domain Authority
Page Authority
Organic Traffics Ranking (I generally care about this mainly not on DA, if going to place any backlinks on blog or site)

We should care only that backlinks are not coming from bad neighbourhood, link farm etc. type websites, if we are working on link building.

Best example is my own website. According to SEMrush tools more than 50% backlinks are High Toxic while i dont know how my website link is there like "Similar website to this domain" etc. etc. but its ranking well for many keywords. So i think many times backlinks are not in out hand because there are many websites who are showing similar website or website compare and your website will be there.

My best trick to get quality backlinks is give something interesting to visitors ... for example i am giving free list and many webmasters link to our website for those list.

I look at ahrefs dr, tf magestic, and of course at the donor site itself. It must look decent and have expert thematic content - for Google to love it

Add semrush keywords too, that will show for how many keywords a site is currently ranking for.

Personally, I check the traffic of the site, regional traffic, also for spam, keywords, which sites are linked (so that it does not host "black" sites) and also look at the appearance of the site, so that it is beautiful and convenient.
