Hello. I want to know how to create backlinks and how it helps a website?

I could be wrong, but I'd guess that the lack of response here is because of the question. Have you read any of the threads in this forum? There are a lot of threads that ask the same question and folks may be tired of explaining that you don't "create" backlinks although you can work on getting other sites to link to yours if they see your site might interest their visitors.
The days of posting links around the internet and having them benefit the site in any real way are very long gone. Asking how these links help the website can't lead to good information because they do not really benefit the site.
