So can you point me to the best free and paid link building analysis tool?

The plan is analysing my competitors website and see where they getting the link juice from.

@SamiG ... thanks for lurking! Welcome to Webmasterworld. SEO is a constant topic. Tools get asked for and sometimes discussed, but for the most part WW does not recommend specifics.

Creating a list can be done through a search engine.

Instead, what would be useful is not a list, but the reasons why a particular tool is good, what are its features and benefits for a user.
