Sounds weird, huh?
Well first of all hello. I was planning to publish 10 articles on a few local news agency websites (PR= 5,6,7) and traffic exceeds 100K unique visitors/day. I was wondering if Google will look at them as paid links and penalize my site.
My site already has lots of natural links and ranks pretty well on Google. However, Im thinking of enhancing its ranking through lots of very strong backlinks from 3 sources.
Many smaller news websites copy/paste the content through RSS and programmed robots. So I may be receiving more [than expected] backlinks.
Will that raise a red flag? Should I risk it? Since its very difficult to receive such backlinks and now that I have the chance I figured I should take a shot at it?
The 3 top news agency websites normally do not give out backlinks and since I know one of the people I figured it wouldn't hurt purchasing backlinks when my site is already established and ranks pretty well.
I am planning to submit 20 articles to all 3 news agency websites within a 2 month period.
Any comments?
thanks in advance for your time.
