Hi All,

I will be starting to build links/offpage activities for a website which is going to be launched in Spaniel language for Mexico region.

The website will be having country specific domain as well.
I wanted to know how to carry on promotions on Mexican location alone with Spanish language? Will English language promotion be helpful?
I need hell lot of ideas and info regarding same. I am doing it for the first time so want to know if their would be any language barrier for the said region?

The quick answer YES any external link will help build link juice.

The longer answer is Mexico hosted linking websites will have an enormous impact over website hosted elsewhere.

I suspect Spanish language websites will also have a greater impact over English oriented websites (but this is just an untested theory) I have no foreign language expertise but relevancy or relatedness is a proven factor so content associated by language would be of greater relevancy or relatedness than different languages.
