Help Me Remember the Name of a Tool

Backlink Tool That Breaks Down Type of Link

For the life of me, I cannot remember the name of the tool.

I would enter a URL, it would spit back a backlink report while also telling me the type of backlinks, ie: forum, blog, content, etc.

Any ideas? I have used 50 some of tools, both free and subscription based and cannot find this particular tool.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
