What email to use for Outreach?

I want to beg a few webmasters for links on their sites. But what email should I use? Gmail? Or is that viewed as spammy? The sites emails?

I want an outsourcer to do it, if that makes any difference.

What is considered best practice?

Make sure to use an email for he domain that you are looking for links for. It is muh less spammy. I read any business related emails from someone who is using a free email account.

But if you can, call, then send email to confirm conversation. Success rate is way higher.

If I'm outsourcing the link building, how do I get them to use [e-mail]? Sure, they could set up Outlook on their own PC. But is there an easier way for an outsourcer to get access to the email account and to send from it?
