Many tools available for duplicate backlink search. So, search it, and you can use it for your problem.

Yes, Webmaster tools can give you idea about multiple links to your site from a single domain

If there is a link to your website from a blog post on another website and that blog post has a lot of tags (different keywords) so there are actually many links going to the page on your site from the other website, can that hurt you?
Also, the text of the blog post and the tagged pages is actually from the page that is being linked to. The content was copied and pasted.
The link is the url of the page that it is going to.
