9,600 Links From One Article Site

Do I have a problem

I have a small niche site at www.Examplified-Hyphenated-Domain.com. In my webmaster tools it states I have over 9,600 links from something called [an article directory]. I have never submitted to this site. What's more strange is that it's a picture from my Facebook page with my email and above web address posted.

I know I don't have over 20 legitimate links to my site

It appears something isn't right. What do I do?

Any help here?

I don't see any link to the url in your post on that page - I've searched the source code. Have the links you mentioned been removed or are you just trying to drop a link here?

I suspected that as well, but usually the moderators of this forum are on top of that.

Other posts without links in, so I guess it's genuine. Apologies for any offence, leaseman.

It could be that people spun your content and gave you credit repeatedly which sent you the links, other than that, it's not a good thing for you to get links to your site over and over again from one given site unless if it's a sitewide link
