one-way links from blog pages

Is linking from a wordpress 'resource' page ok

I have a clients that have a separate blog site and company websites.

Is it ok for me to create a page on their blog sites (ie. a links page) and create a link to the company website of another clients for link-building purposes?

So these links are not coming from blog postings or from the blogroll. They are coming from a separate page specifically put there to contains links.

These are one-way links from one persons blog site to another persons company site.

Yes its ok. Our clients do it all the time. There is nothing wrong with it just keep the links relevant, on topic, and with quality sites.
