Is PPC on google network only hurting the PR

my blog got PR reduction from 3 to 1

My site rank is 3 for the fast 3 months. When i started ppc i got some trouble with my PR. It down from 3 to 2. Is this connected?

The Google toolbar is a snapshot of what your PageRank looked like between June 14th and June 21st 2008, a month before you started PPC. So it's unquestionably not connected.
