There are numarious bookmarking sites that can affect Search Engine Ranking. Some of them are stumbleupon, digg, facebook, etc.

How can bookmarking sites affect rankings? A lot of links with the same anchor text can be a problem .i see a lot of websites using these buttons. Anyone knows advantages or disadvantages ?

nop, they always checking for duplicate before listing or tagging or bookmarking your site link.

Advantage is quick listing, backlinks and lots of traffics because its working with your tag (keywords).

Disadvantages i dont know till now coz i provide service related to link building in which social bookmarking also included, and i saw only advantage till now.

Bookmarking Sites works well with traffic, though there are times when it could help with ranking... that is if you are able to have a reputable profile in that bookmarking site.
