Which tool would you recommend to check backlinks with? This tool should also show me the anchor text in the backlinks.
Appreciate your suggestions in advance.
Thanks

As per the TOS, we dont allow software recommendations. It opens up a whole new problem of people trying to spam/advertise a certain product/program.
Your best bet is to search google for the programs and then work out which one suits you the best. Different programs suit different people who are after different things.

I have tried some of the tools, but they are restricted to 1000 results and not be able to view more than 1000. Is there a way to get the backlink report more than 1000 results?
Thanks

Most tools can only report up to a 1000 results, from my experience, there is no accurate way to check ALL the backlinks of a site. I just use Yahoo backlinks checker or the Link harvester tool

Better i could suggest you to use Google's backlink option & Alta Vista Search engine. But, Google won't show all associated back links. it's my experience.
if anyone knows which is best search engine to get all back links please suggest here.

Yahoo's Site Explorer, which will kick in automatically when doing a link: or linkdomain: search.

Yahoo! shows most of/all backlinks in 'sitexplorer'.
